Important Notes:
- Let-down ratios are by weight. If your feeder is volumetric, use our Volumetric LDR Calculator to convert.
- Ratio notation: 1:50 means 1 part additive to 50 parts base resin (1.96% by weight).
- BOM assumes all masterbatch is consumed in the mix (no carrier resin adjustment). For high-precision formulations, consult your masterbatch supplier’s TDS.
- Always verify mix ratios against your masterbatch supplier’s recommended let-down rates.
